Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast-growing fintech client focused on building flexible payment solutions for B2B eCommerce platforms. You will play a key role in building new features, improving system design, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services

• Develop clean, modular, and reusable frontend components

• Review code, contribute to best practices, and maintain high engineering standards

• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including: Ruby / Rails, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, Nest.js

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation

• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases

• Strong Git fundamentals and version control practices

• Experience with GitHub Copilot and Claude

• Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and well-structured code

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments

• Experience with modern CSS frameworks and frontend best practices

• Experience working in security-conscious industries (e.g., fintech)

• Experience deploying scalable applications in AWS (ECS, RDS)
