How Spradious LLC collects, uses, and shares information for Spradious and Spradious Hire.

Information we collect

We collect information people provide directly, including account details, organization details, job posts, application form configuration, candidate application answers, notes, and support messages.

Candidate applications may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, resumes, cover letters, links, answers to employer-created questions, and uploaded audio, video, image, or document files.

We also collect information needed to run the service, including session cookies, verification codes, trusted device records, billing identifiers, email delivery records, upload metadata, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, authenticate users, create and publish careers pages, receive candidate applications, manage candidate workflows, send verification and transactional emails, process billing, support customers, protect the service, and improve Spradious.

Spradious Hire is designed to help human reviewers manage hiring workflows. We do not use the service to make final hiring decisions or automatically reject candidates.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Spradious, including hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, and product support providers. These providers are used only as needed to deliver and secure the service.

Billing is handled through Stripe. Payment information entered into Stripe is processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Spradious stores billing status and related customer or subscription identifiers, not full payment card numbers.

Candidate and customer responsibilities

Employers using Spradious Hire control the jobs, application questions, hiring team access, and candidate review process for their organization. Employers are responsible for using candidate information lawfully and for providing any applicant notices required by their business, location, or hiring process.

Cookies and security

Spradious uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, sessions, email verification, trusted device checks, security, and related service functionality.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and keep private uploads protected behind signed, time-limited access.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Spradious, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and support customers. Employers may remove or update job and candidate records through the product where the service supports it.

Your choices

Account users can contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information associated with their account or organization. Candidates should usually direct requests about an application to the employer that collected the application through Spradious Hire.

Children

Spradious is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Spradious changes. If we make material changes, we will update this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
