Terms for using Spradious and Spradious Hire, including accounts, careers pages, uploads, and subscriptions.

Using Spradious

Spradious provides business software for small and medium businesses. Spradious Hire helps employers publish careers pages, collect applications, and manage candidate workflows.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Spradious only for lawful business purposes.

Organizations and access

Spradious accounts belong to an organization. Organization owners and authorized administrators are responsible for assigning roles, reviewing access, and managing organization data.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or organization, except to the extent caused by Spradious.

Candidate data and hiring decisions

Employers control their jobs, application forms, candidate review process, and hiring decisions. Spradious Hire helps organize hiring information, but final hiring decisions must be made by human reviewers.

You must not use Spradious to make unlawful employment decisions, collect information you are not allowed to collect, discriminate unlawfully, or avoid legal requirements that apply to your hiring process.

Acceptable use

You may not use Spradious to:

  • violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service;
  • access another organization's data without permission;
  • send spam, phishing, or deceptive messages;
  • abuse uploads, storage, email, billing, or support systems;
  • reverse engineer or bypass technical limits except where allowed by law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions, when enabled, renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in the billing portal. Stripe processes payments and may collect payment details directly.

Plan limits, included features, prices, trials, and renewal terms may change for future billing periods. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the product states otherwise.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Spradious, including organization content, job posts, application questions, notes, and uploaded files. You grant Spradious the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and secure that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to Spradious.

Service availability

We work to keep Spradious reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.

Disclaimers and limits

Spradious is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spradious LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

Termination

You may stop using Spradious at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, causes harm, or creates legal exposure.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Spradious changes. Continued use of Spradious after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
